STANDARD DELIVERY – 3 DAYS*
With our standard delivery service, if we’ve got it in stock*, we’ll deliver your new tools and consumables within the next three working days from when the order is placed, Monday to Friday (geographical restrictions may apply).
REPAIR PICK-UP AND RETURN
Hilti tools are built to last but in the unlikely event that a breakdown occurs, we will take care of it quickly and professionally.
- Book a tool repair by phone or contact us by filling up the form click here
- if your tool is within the 2-year period at no cost, we will repair your tool as soon as possible. (Repair time depends on the availability of spare parts)
- If the purchase date of your tool exceeds 2 years, you will be informed of the repair cost. Upon your approval, the tool will be repaired, and you will be notified when it is ready for collection. (Repair time depends on the availability of spare parts.)
